Visit our online returns portal or contact our guest services team with your order number and email address to start the process.
Prepare the Package
Carefully pack your unworn, unwashed apparel with original tags attached into the original shipping container or a secure box.
Apply Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it to the outside of your package, ensuring any old labels are covered.
Drop Off and Track
Take your package to the nearest authorized carrier location; once we receive and inspect your items, your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days.
